Namco Bandai Games (NBGI) (バンダイナムコゲームス) is a video game developer and publisher based in Japan. It is the result of the merging of the two japanese game developers Namco and Bandai. Namco Bandai is most well known for Pac-Man, Klonoa, Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, Soul Calibur, Ridge Racer, Digimon: Digital Monsters, and most importantly in their connection with Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, their Tekken series.

They, along with Sora Ltd., will be developing the currently untitled fourth installment of Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, a series in which was the main inspiration for PlayStation All-Stars.
