The Negativitron is the main antagonist from LittleBigPlanet 2 and is a non-playable hazard character in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
Biography[]
The Negativitron is an evil robot serpent-like vacuum who travels through the Cosmos sucking up others' creations. When it opens its mouth, a swirling neon pink vortex is seen, which seems to continue on forever. It also has two horns, and the ability to shoot energy blasts from its mouth.
Despite the destruction it has done; it's never stated on what it's intentions are. It is also claimed that it was created by many faults such as short temper, insecurity, self-absorption, insanity, depression and ego.
Connection with All-Stars[]
The Negativitron appears in the stage Paris and acts as the hazard of that stage. When Negativitron appears he will start to suck up objects in the background, until a screen drops down on the background of the stage. Near the end of the stage he will suck up the antennas and the watertank, making the stage empty, after that he departs.
In Sackboy's intro, the narrator mentioned that Sackboy kicked the Negativitron's bottom out. Polygon Man can turn into the Negativitron in the stage Boss Arena.
Abilities[]
Negativitron will do two attacks on the Paris stage. His first attack is that he randomly slams with his mouth on the stage, giving much knockback to the players he hits. The second attack is that he will sends a pink ray down to the ground that will suck the players into his mouth. When he swallowed them he will immediately spit them out again. He also has the ability to shoot pink bars out of his mouth, that will drop AP if it hits someone.
